You can return your product(s) up to 30 days from the original shipment date. Returned products must be returned in like-new condition and with all original packaging.
- Please email info@petstrap.net to obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION prior to shipping your return.
- Please include a copy of the packing slip or a short note with your name, order number and reason for return in the box.
- Once your order is returned to us, a refund for the price of the product will be applied to your original method of payment.
- All items are subject to a $10 restocking fee.
- You will receive a return confirmation email within 10 days of Petstrap receiving your return. It can take up to an additional 5-10 days after the return is confirmed for your refund to clear with your original method of payment.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly. Please ship all returns via USPS and keep your tracking number as Petsrap is not responsible for lost packages.
- This return policy only applies to items purchased through Petsrap.net
- There are no returns for items on sale for international orders.
- Items purchased from November 1st through December 16th are eligible for returns through January 15th.
We stand behind our product and want to ensure that you’re satisfied with your purchase. Petstrap honors a one (1) year warranty on all manufacturing defects. If you believe that you received a defective product, just send us an email with pictures of the possible defect to info@petstrap.net – we will make it right.
